Save, sync and recover a character

Save on this device

1. Sign in and open your character from the library.
2. After making choices, allow the automatic online-save attempt, normally queued after about 15 seconds. You can also use the online-save button at the bottom of the game.
3. Check the result of that save. Being logged in, seeing a character name or downloading a result image is not proof that the latest choices reached the server.

Continue on another device

1. On the original device, trigger online saving and wait for success.
2. On the second device, sign in with the same account and open the character library.
3. Select the same character and check that its age or last event matches the saved point.
4. Continue on one device at a time to avoid competing versions.

Changing language can continue the same character. Changing accounts opens a different character library.

What if online saving fails?

Keep the original browser and its site data. Check your connection and whether the login expired, then retry online saving. Unsynced local progress cannot be recovered by signing in on another device. Do not clear data, use a private window or discard the local character as a first repair step.

Which version should I choose in a conflict?

Compare the local and online records before deciding. Load the online version if that is the one you want to continue. To keep local progress without replacing that version, choose “Keep both saves” in the conflict dialog; it keeps the local progress in a separate slot. Avoid advancing the same character in two tabs or devices while resolving the conflict.

A result card is not a playable save

Copying a summary or saving a result image preserves a recap. It does not transfer the full playable character. The current Thai character library is also separate from the previous worldwide game’s memorial and album; those records cannot be imported as Thai characters.
